He also leads the firm’s Investor Relations, ensuring Sierra Madre remains transparent, responsive, and trusted by its capital partners. Prior to founding Sierra Madre, Alasdair was a Partner at Morgan Stanley Capital Partners and a Senior Principal at Apax Partners in Europe, where he focused on growth investments and buyouts across a range of sectors.
Outside of Sierra Madre, Alasdair enjoys exploring the Philippines—both on land and at sea— riding his motorbike, sailing and diving around its many islands. He is also committed to serving less fortunate Filipinos through leadership roles in the Rotary Club of Makati West and Fairplay for All Foundation.
